These are historically named place for various reasons.
They were age groups of the Tiwanaku polity to the south and shared certain stylistic traits.
There is non-stop reflection concerning the interconnection along with the two polities.It has been commended that some of the iconographic distinctions may be traced back to the previous Pukara style.
The Wari state founded architecturally same administrative centers in many of its states.These centres are undoubtedly vary from the architecture of Tiwanaku.
